Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar works as a natural bleaching agent so it can help get rid of problems like tanning, hyperpigmentation and even sagging of the skin. However, do NOT ever use it in its concentrated form or it can severely damage your skin. Mix one 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar with 4 tsps of water to dilute it. Then use a small cotton pad and then apply it to all the spots and scars on your legs. Repeat this process daily and you'll see results soon.

Sugar Scrub

Opt for a gentle sugar scrub to help exfoliate all the dirt, grime and dead cells from your skin. Take 2 tbsp of sugar and mix it with 4 tbsp of olive oil. Once the scrub is blended properly, take it and rub it on your legs in gentle circular motions. It'll help get rid of the spots while also keeping your skin smooth and soft.

Lemon

Much like apple cider vinegar, lemons also work like a natural lightening agent and can actually show results overnight. Take one lemon, cut it into slices and then rub the slices on the affected areas. Leave the juice on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Do apply a soft moisturizer afterwards or your skin will become too dry.
