Material

500 grams white onion

2 tsp nigella seeds

3 teaspoon ground mustard seeds

1 teaspoon salt

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

50 ml of mustard oil

Method

First, peel and wash the onions and dry them in a cloth.

- Make four incisions in the dried onion, so that the spice can be filled in it.

Now mix all the spices in a bowl.

- Fill this prepared spice in the onions and keep it in a jar.

After this, put mustard oil in the jar and keep it in the sun for 1-2 days.

- In just 2 days this pickle will be ready to eat.
