8 Vastu tips to bring health and fitness in 2020

Vastu is a building science that aims at improving the health, wealth and well-being of the occupants. Vastu has laid down some important guidelines to be followed by people, for keeping a good health and remain in the best of spirits.

Always sleep with head towards South or East. Never sit or sleep under the exposed beam.

Try to avoid the northern direction for cooking and eating. East is considered the best direction for these activities to promote effective digestion and good health.

Keep the heavy weight generator, if any, in the northwest or southeast direction and the water tank in the north or northeast.

Never leave dirty dishes in the sink. Wash them as soon as you can. But not cleaning up as soon as possible shows a sense of incompleteness and disorganization in your finances.

Breezy windows will assist the flow of energy in bathrooms and toilets. Otherwise toilets can actually pollute energy. We have to encourage the speedy flow of energy here, wash away the pollution and replace the energy as quickly as possible.

Do not keep exposed mirrors in home and cover all mirror including laptop screen and TV screen etc


Avoid constructing kitchen and toilet together and ensure that both the place have maximum distance from each other.

Keep the bed three inches away from the wall.
