How to Make Whole Body Fair in 10 Days

Day 1

First day is a very important day. If you follow all the rules of first day, you will become ready for coming 9 days schedule. So start your first day is with a cup of green tea and little work out. Follow with facial cleansing, toning and scrubbing. Then take a good amount of homemade ubtan and apply it on your whole body as soap. Add few drops of vinegar in your water bucket and then bath with this water. After bathing, take lemon juice in a bowl, add sugar and scrub your elbow with this. It will work as a black spot remover.

Day 2

Start your morning with honey and warm water mixture, it purifies your skin internally. Then follow Day 1 routine. Don’t forget about the sunscreen; always use sunscreen 20 minutes before going out. Cover your face with scarf and also carry an umbrella always to protect your skin from the sun rays. After your day’s work, take a refreshing bath. Then take a good amount of milk and add some baking soda in it. Apply it on your sun tanned skin.

Day 3

Follow the routine Day 1 & 2. Day 3 is for your health. Include foods in your diet which are full of nutrients and mineral. So it will nourish your skin cells cells and decrease the level of melanin which makes you fair naturally. Drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day. Drink fruit juice and eat salad. Avoid smoking, drinking and junk food. Say no to oily foods.

Day 4

Day 4 is for feet and hands. So go for the manicure and pedicure or you can do it by yourself at your home. Take some mashed papaya, add curd and little turmeric. Then apply it on your hands and feet. After few minutes, rinse it. Follow up with crack heal cream.

Day 5

Day 5 is beauty day. Go for body wax, it makes your whole body fair. Unwanted body hair is one of the main reason for dark complexion. So you can try bleach in place of body wax. Don’t forget about the previous day’s routine. Go for facial also. Clean your forehead and upper lips.

Day 6

Day 6 is for body wash. You can make a ubtan at home or you can go for spa. Take multani mitti in a big bowl; add some mashed papaya and lemon juice. Also add yogurt and pinch of turmeric. Mix it well and apply it on your whole body as a body pack. After 20 minutes, rinse it.

Day 7

Day 7 is for tightening your skin. Take whole wheat flour, add some rice flour, fresh cream and rose water and mix them well. Then apply it on your whole body and scrub it. After scrubbing for few minutes, wash your body.

Day 8

Day 8 is for nourishing. So take good amount of honey and add fresh cream to it and then apply this on your hands and face. It will nourish your skin as well as give a glow.

Day 9

Follow the rules of all the previous 8 days. You should take some tea bags and put it over your eyes to treat under eye dark circles. It is the best remedy for under eye dark circles

Day 10

Day 10 is for looking fair. So clean your face with little face wash and follow the routine of day 1 After moisturizing your body, use some sunscreen and that is it. You can easily discover the ‘new you, the fairer you’ So, enjoy your fairness.
