Following these 15 minute workouts in your living room regularly will give you the desired results.

Complete 10 reps of each exercise for best results and take 15-second breaks whenever you switch to a new exercise. Repeat this thrice depending on your body capacity. You might not be able to do them three times but aim for it. Your body will feel terrible the first and second time it’ll warm up and by the third round, you’ll actually feel the effects.

* Side Plank – Leg Lift

You will need an exercise band for this one. Lie on your left side, touching your left hip, elbow, and forearm to the floor. Keep your shoulder straight with your elbow and your legs straight. Wrap the band around your calves. Inhale as you lift your body off the floor and raise your right leg in the band as well. Lower it down to complete 1 rep. You have to do 10 reps on each side.

* Plank with Knee Tuck

An easy exercise, start with the plank. Forearms resting on the floor and your body off the floor. Lift your right foot off the ground and tuck in towards your right elbow. This will engage your abs and core. Lower it to the start position to complete a rep. Do 10 reps on both your left and right legs.

* Simple V-Up

Lie flat on your back. Stretch your hands and legs in a V – Shape. Crunch your hands and legs up to your torso and let it back down. This puts pressure on your abs and also strengthens your core, arms, and legs. Do this for 20 reps and you will feel those abs coming out very soon.
