In Pictures: The Rock Married His Long-Time Girlfriend Lauren Hashian

A few days ago, The Rock tied the knot for the first time in his life with long-time girlfriend, Lauren Hashian. It was a private affair on a beach in Hawaii with no media allowed. So we had to rely on the superstar himself to see glimpses of this affair. The Great One recently took to Facebook and Instagram this week to post several photos from the big day. You may take a look at those snaps given in this article.

The Rock also revealed that they got married in the early morning hours as he was walking the aisle at 7:45 am. Alongside that, he also disclosed to be his own best man and groomsman. Here is a note added to one of the pictures revealed on the social media,

“For my wedding, I served as my own best man and groomsmen. I’m blessed with many men who I call friends and a handful who I consider my brother. This time around, I needed to go solo and my groomsmen and best man were the spirits of my loved ones and ancestors who are no longer with us. Felt those men’s spirits with me aaaalll day. Grateful for their guidance on this one. Good energy. Good mana.”

The seven-time world champion seems quite busy with his private life as well as movie career, as of late. There have been rumors of his return to the WWE for a long time which is not happening desperate trying from Vince McMahon. The movie schedule for The Rock has been the biggest bar in setting up the comeback, as per the reports. There is still a chance of seeing him in one last match in the WWE against his cousin, Roman Reigns. This could happen at next year’s Wrestlemania which takes place in the state of Florida which is the home state for both of them.

However, there’s a big question mark to the planning since The Rock recently noted to take retirement from pro-wrestling. Speaking on a chat show, Live with Kelly and Ryan, he stated,

“I miss wrestling. I love wrestling. I quietly retired from wrestling because I was lucky enough to have a wonderful career and accomplish what I wanted to accomplish. But there’s nothing like a live crowd, live audience, live microphone.”

If that is the case then he has wrestled in his last match at the WrestleMania 32 in 2016. The Rock defeated one half of the Wyatt Brothers — Erick Rowan in a record six seconds on that night.
