Healthy eyes needs healthy food on your plate. Eyes needs Omega 3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc, vitamin C and E for proper vision. Do, you have to take more green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and collards. Oranges, salmon, carrot, nuts and oysters are very healthy for sharp vision.

Look away from the screen:

Looking at computer or phone screen for long time can cause headaches, blurry vision, eye strain, trouble in Long sight, neck and shoulder pain. If your eyes get dry, blink it more. Use any glare screen to avoid him windows and lights.

Use sunglasses:

Using sunglasses will help you to protect your eyes from sun's ultraviolet rats. Polarized glasses helps to reduce glare while driving. And clean up eyes with cold water after came home to get rid of dusts.

Do regular exercise:

It may help you to prevent the diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Try to do eye exercise regularly and it will help you to keep your eyes stress less and healthy.

Proper sleeping time:

For whole day, our eyes are doing its function effectively without any rest. So, make sure that it gets at least 8 hours of proper sleep with dim light. Watching on any bright screens with dim light also stress out your eyes. So, pleasant sleep also helps you to have healthy eyes.
